Kari Henriksen

Kari’s work has been short-listed as a finalist in numerous prize exhibitions including the Rick Amor Drawing Prize, Wyndham Art Prize, the Geelong Print Prize, the Calleen Art Award, Fleurieu Peninsula Art Prize, the John Leslie, the McGivern and the Libris Artist’s Books Award at McKay Regional Gallery. She has also bee invited to be included in a number of curated exhibitions, notably Anhui University, China, Latrobe, Sale and Aarat Regional Galleries as well as Hey-Li Contemporary Printmedia Festival in Korea and Deakin and Monash University Galleries.

Kari has been the successful recipient of scholarships for overseas study in Italy and Sardinia and has been selected for artist residencies in Italy, Australia and Iceland. Her work is represented in both public and private collections in Australia, Japan, USA and Europe.
